When making a booking you are entering a contract with Wax Garden.
If you cancel/no show/amend a booking within 48 hours of your appointment your credit/debit card will be charged for up to the full amount of the service(s) that were booked. This is an automatic charge that will be taken from your debit/credit card that was entered upon booking.
Wax Garden reserves that right to cancel your booking at any time, if The Wax Hut Maldon Cancel's/amends your booking due to circumstances out of your control you will not be charged.
If you fail to attend your appointment Wax Garden can refuse to take any future bookings.
Card capture payments are not transferable and cannot be refunded.
